Hi, I’m Emilie, a UX Designer who loves bringing order to complexity in a visually pleasing way. At BAE Systems, I co-lead UX strategy, visual design, and create accessible, human-centered experiences that help users make sense of data.

Design can be beautifully chaotic, full of possibilities and competing ideas. My accounting background taught me how to make sense of that chaos — how to spot patterns, streamline workflows, and bring clarity where things feel tangled.

Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise and startup spaces, helping teams identify and solve problems, and build products that are user-centric and visually cohesive. The ride has been thrilling and I hope to continue impacting users on this exciting journey!
