Hi, I’m Emilie, a UX Designer who loves bringing order to complexity. At BAE Systems, I lead UX strategy and design accessible, human-centered experiences that help users make sense of data. Before design, I was an accountant leading digital transformation projects by improving workflows, decision-making, and informing financial audit strategy. That’s where I discovered my passion for simplifying the complex, and designing better ways to work.

Design can be beautifully chaotic, full of possibilities and competing ideas. My accounting background taught me how to make sense of that chaos — how to spot patterns, streamline workflows, and bring clarity where things feel tangled.

Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise and startup spaces, helping teams identify and solve problems, and build products that make sense. I focus on clarity, empathy, and collaboration. You could say I’m part designer, part chaos translator.
