The Person Behind the Pixels

Hi! I'm Emilie, an Assistant UX Design Lead working at BAE Systems on an AI data analytic tool.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve designed across freelance and enterprise environments—shaping digital products, building within CMS platforms, and creating app experiences that make complex problems feel simple. I’ve worn many hats (sometimes all at once). Along the way, I’ve learned to embrace ambiguity, bring teams together, and turn uncertainty into clear, thoughtful solutions.
Today, I’m an Assistant UX Design Lead at BAE Systems, where I lead end-to-end designs within the defense industry, crafting data-heavy experiences that help users make confident decisions in high-stakes environments.
